We process all orders Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm EST (Jewish holidays = rest mode). Once your order is in, it ships within 2–4 business days, depending on the shipping option you choose.

The good news: Shipping is on us for all U.S. orders over $200.The not-yet news: We don’t ship internationally just yet. Stay tuned—we’re working on it.

A quick note on shipping: Rates vary depending on where your miracle is headed. (The farther you are, the longer the journey—classic.)

And one more thing: We don’t ship to P.O. boxes. Henrietta needs a real doorstep to land on.

You have 18 days from the ship date to return or exchange most items. That’s plenty of time to decide if it’s you.

Just a heads-up: original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item or something arrived damaged). In that case, of course—we’ll make it right.
